TOPIC: Skiff Craft

While updating the FiberGlassic Library, I found Henry Boats, Inc. of Plain City, Ohio produced Skiff Craft Boats and are still in business. Wow, what a long-production record of wood boats. Would be great to have more history on this company.

Yup, I have been to their factory in Ohio.

There are bazillions of Skiff Crafts on Lake Minnetonka here in Minnesota. OK, well maybe not bazillions, but hundreds. The company is owned by Gabrial Jabbour of Exclesior. He also owns several marinas on the lake.

They make two or so new boats annually. They also retro fit and restore their old boats and other brands. They had two Chris-Craft Sea Skif lapstrakes inboard boats on their floor being restored when I was there.
