TOPIC: ZIP - 1955 Century Resorter

This is ZIP , a 1955 Century Resorter. This is one half day's work with my son-in-law to be, removing all hardware, stripping decks and covering boards, and removing all grout from the deck.

Brian, that's an awesome looking boat, is it yours or are you redoing for someone else?

I'm a 50:50 partner. My very good friend owns the boat. It was his uncles. But having spent thousands to acquire it, and thousands to maintain it, his wife balked. So, I do all the repairs and maintenance, and we are partners in crime....like we were when we were 16. Except now we have responsibilities.

Sweet, not a bad setup. I do want to do a complete woody at some point. Just keeping my eye out for a good one.

It looks like she's in great shape, can't wait to see the progress. Hopefully his wife will like it a LOT more when she's tooling around in it making heads turn.
