TOPIC: Length, Width, and Transom to Bow Eye Measurements

Hi,

Does anyone have or know where to find the length, width, and transom to bow eye measurements for an approximately 17' Thunderbird 1960's Tri-Hull boat? I have attached some pictures. I need these measurements for a new trailer. The boat is in New York and I am in California.

I have a 1972 version of the Thunderbird 17 foot cathedral hull. I am out of town today and tomorrow, but if you can wait until Sunday, I can get you all of those measurements. Mine is sitting on a newer trailer, so maybe I can get pictures too.

Here are those measurements. Width at transom 6 feet. Length 17 feet - maybe plus an inch. Under side of bow eye to transom at bottom 187 and a half inch. Ithe front of the tape measure was laying on the trailer and I was eyeballing up vertically. I will attach some pictures. Sorry if they are upside down or sideways.

the last picture is the trailer tag. I have not looked up the company to see if they still make this. Likely their are many roller trailer brands that make a similar trailer. I would think with these pivoting roller trailers would adapt to any slight differences in hulls. I included several other pictures just so you can see the geometry and tongue length. Hope this helps a bit more.

Tongue to tail length was 20 feet. Pivot roller type per previous pictures.

I have tried that. This i-phone makes pictures orient crazy, but when I pull this forum thread up on this phone, they all show up correctly. Sorry to all for making people dizzy if they are sideways or up side down. Wonder if I will have to go back to using the old camera?

You can tweek the iPhone settings so the pics appear right side up on a regular computer, goggle how to do it. I did it to my old iPhone, but not the new one yet. I'd hate to go back to a camera. I'd like the huge emojis gone!
