One of the things the '63 Funliner has that I like that the '75 Nineteen doesn't. A pennant staff on the front... "Lightbulb went off in my head LOL". See,I have this old staff I got off da-bay. Think it's a Jervis. Man ,it would look good on there. What dost ye fine folk think of this ??

I LIKE flags flapping in the wind front! I drilled a hole the front rail, 1/4 SS rod threaded both ends, big flat SS washer top so if fell on it would bend before impaling yourself. Dog likes it too!

Think I got mine from some flag place on Ebay...few different "Jolly Roger" designs too.
Ya know something else? To me, a flag whipping at speed makes the same soothing sound as on the hook, waves slapping the hull! |

Thanks guys. Just an idea I'm kicking around. I do like my flags. The jervis pole is tall enough for this boat. Just hate drilling any holes in her lol.
