TOPIC: 1972 Sindwinder

I am currently restoring a 1972 Sidewinder but every time I look up images of 1972 I can never see one styled like mine. Can you yall take a look and tell me what you think?

Sidewinders were great boats. I had a 1974 16 footer as you can see in my avatar. Yours is a Lo-Pro(low profile). There is a section on Sidewinders in the Glassic Library(see the menu bar at the top of this page).

I had a later model, the "SS" and it was a 15'-9" screamer with a 1350 Merc! It definitely would go up on its side in a turn, my daughter was quite young when I had that boat in the 80's and she still has vivid memories of us tearing around the lake!

I think it looks awesome. Who cannot love that 70's metallic blue!. I am also restoring a boat that was my Dad's. Yours is much farther along. I need to post more pics.
