TOPIC: Pictures in Adds and in General

Dear Moderator,
I followed the directions in this forum (took awhile just to find it), but still can't upload pictures to my add even though I followed all the requirements laid out.

My suggestion: Make it a little freakin' easier. Craig's list took my pictures full size with no problem. Why can't Fiberglassics? I remember having this problem like 5 years ago - why can't this be fixed? I know this site is free and all, but I think everyone would benefit from easier picture uploading.

BTW, when I tried to log back in after being away for a few years, the site wouldn't take my username and password - is there an expiration date? I had to create a new account, but I am not a new user.

Hi, I'm trying to upload 2 images to my 'wanted' ad and the size is within spec for each and neither will upload. Who can I contact for support???

I tested it and there is a glitch. I found that .png images will upload so for now, convert your image into that format. There are many converters to use. Thanks, Ken

I tried updated my ad 5-6 times... upload photos I go back to see my ad All I see is my 1 main photo !

tried again it says 5 photos ????? Ok I give up ! where are they ????????????????????????

I tested it by posting ads using firefox, chrome and edge, all worked. I posted one photo and went back and added one more. I left two in the part/misc. section. Not sure but you might try a different computer as a test.

I needed to upgrade the backend PHP version and in the process install a component. Testing images worked in Glassifieds.
