Edwardo....I saw that early Falls Flyer when I was in John's shop on Weds. Oh Man. It is pretty cool. I think John told me that it was his Dad's. I would love to see John restore that boat.

I found a first year production Falls Flyer on the internet and flew to Alexandria from LA to pick it up. John Monahan said it was one of the worst condition Flyer he'd ever seen. I am almost done with the structural restoration and getting ready for new gelcoat before painting.

Good eye satx, they're 1924 Harley rear wheels including drums. I was offered my boat price just for the wheels LOL.

Sounds like a GREAT way to pay for your restoration.
(There's LOTS of less rare MC wheels/tires & other good wheels out there. = I once had a light boat trailer that come with 1931 Pierce Arrow wheels/tires on it & they quickly were "traded off" to an antique car collector for a serviceable TEXAS MAID "tinny", with 1957 Johnson OB on a good trailer. = GOOD TRADE for both of us.)
