I agree!!
I'm not a fan of jets, but this hull definitely should be restored & perhaps updated to a better Jet system??
Is that basically a 300ci Ford inline-6 or a smaller ci model???

That is a project I could get into. The inline six is unstoppable. Gas tank is probably a rust bucket though.
I probably drove past that boat last June and didn't even know it :(

Cal - pick me up and we can do a weekend road trip so you ca get it. Maybe find a borg warner Arne son surface drive for it or?? When floating, that has to look like a car from the back. I could still see it as a jet for running these Wisconsin river we have...deep enough, but prop gobblers here and there. Saw a couple of Dorset sleeper boats from the 60's in northern Wisconsin CL that looked pretty good! I have no room, time, or money for another or I would buy one. Wrap around windshields to boot!

I have that exact same boat, not in as nice of shape it appears though.. I'm thinking about selling off all my boats this year.
