TOPIC: OMC Dual Deluxe in CA $300 !

Here's one I ran across...for an almost giveaway price. The seller has no clue what he has. This is a great deal for someone who would re-power with twin Mercruiser 140s or OMC 120s. The original trailer is worth way more than the asking price. I'd buy it myself but it's 2,500 miles away from me so that's not happening. You northern CA people should grab it. OMC only made the Dual Deluxe one year, 1963.

Ken...Buying a boat 2,500 miles away is illogical and although I really hate to allow logic to get in the way of a boat purchase, the reality of the cost to transport (about 6 or 7 times the purchase price) outweighs platitudes. I'm eccentric, not stupid.

That's just hurtful.

Mostly I don't like tri-hulls(Just personal preference). This is the exception that proves the rule.

I remember seeing one of those boats run flat out when I was a kid. It looked like it was running about 50+. Cool boat. Too bad it's missing the motors. Makes you wonder how that stuff gets separated.
