A bit steep for a lump on the ground. Looks to be the "S/S" model with electronic ign. Maybe a 1967.

I don't see any of the T&T fittings, so I would say no. Although, even it it did have T&T he would have probably cut through the lines to get it off the boat just like he did the steering line and half the transom!!!
