I might want to buy it just for the Merc controls and electrical harness. I have a pair of '60's Mercs that need a little of this and a little of that. One is a 63 850 that needs parts of the internal and external harness. The other is a 65 1000 that needs a lot of everything - lower unit, controls, electrical, AND a good paint / decal job.

Just reached out and it sounds like I am number 12 in line. If anyone sees some old Mercs lying around for cheap, let me know.
