WAY too much money for that condition. The amount of work and $$ that would have to be put into that could never be recovered. I have 3 plywood boats and even though I did them up nice I know I couldn't get back what I put in even if I valued my labour at only $10.00 an hour! The biggest thing going against this unit is that it's not a name brand and the correct motor is no longer with it. I'd want to be into it for no more than the value of the trailer + maybe $300.00 so under $1000.00 for sure
