Just bought this little runabout. No data plates or info. Faded "Capri" sticker in rear. About 14.5 feet. Owner says 1957 but he traded a shotgun for it at a party one night and memory is suspect. Horn button logo faded but there. Nice fins, solid little boat.
Any ideas? thanx, dahatman

My guess is a Cruise About by Fort Dodge Boat Company. We don't have images from 1957, but they list a 1957 Capri in the model listing for that year. Their boats featured the broken / two-part chine near the bow similar to your boat. Might check the measurements and see if it matches up:
