Well I took a little road trip last weekend and I pick up a 1966 merc 500 short shaft for my new project. Its a 1969 duo x15 I'm fixing up for my brother. I noticed on the side of the block it say "Full-jeweled super thunderbolt trademarks H" does that mean anything special or do they all say that? The serial number is 1963115 which I believe is a 1966. It has 110 psi on all 4 with spark should be a keeper
