Joe get the oil seal here:

www.ishopmarine.com .....

type part # 26- 31249 in the seach box for "oil seal"

type part # 25-25439 in the seach box for "O ring"

before I ship you the upper shift rod ....remove the cut rods from the splined reverse cam to be certain the splines are still going to be good
