It is stamped a H model take a look at the picture showing the serial plack.

then IF its an actual "H" Hydro model
its still has been butchered and the saddle or the tag is probably the only H model part & worth more than the motor

if it were an actual 59 H model it would have the short H tower and racing 1:1 gear ratio & forward only gear foot as shown below....but not in sand tan color as shown it would have been cloud white matching the top cowl color
these are a couple of my H models, the short DSH tower & racing lower unit they are the main H model parts

his serial number is 1255485 which also falls in the MK55A serial fishin motor serial # range

Serial numbers 1221731 thru 1279684 were 1959 MK55A models
additionally that H looks "hinky" compared to my factory stamped race motors

It certainly looks different than yours and I will add those look good.

How much do one of yours weigh?

the MK30H in the background weighs about 97lbs and the MK55H weighs about 108
