I have a pretty good idea of the answer before I ask the question. It was running good at close to WOT when it was like someone turned off the key. I got it restarted and limped it back to the dock. I couldn't get it restarted until I got it home and got it started in the driveway. I pulled the plugs. They were all wet, with the top 3 having a gray tinge. After sitting for a week all 6 plugs were rust covered. It didn,t have a consistent spin when trying to start it. I did a compression test. All but #3 had 75 lbs - #3 had less than 10 lbs. I am assuming I am going to be looking for a different power head.

Would the good Dr. Frankenmerc or anyone else happen to have a powerhead they would be willing to part with? I can provide serial number if anyone needs it.

Bummer! It will be interesting to open it up and see what the heck happened up in there.
I think that's #2 for you?
You should come and join us for some cold Cow up in Minocqua this weekend.

Hi Terry,
Had a few Cows last weekend myself. I plan on opening it up after I know what direction I am going with it. Just found out we need to dig a $5000 hole in our front yard to fix the sewer line, so the boat project got put on the back burner.
