TOPIC: 1982 Merc 500 - Carb Question

Hi everyone. Finally got back to this carb teardown and realized I am missing one of the idle tubes! Anyhow, I can't find these things anywhere. Seems that they upgraded it with a non-removable idle tube shortly after mine was made. Does anyone know anything about this carb or where I could get a new idle tube? Thanks!!

Thank you very much sir. Turns out, the marina actually had one!! Robbed it from a dead carb. I'm very lucky. I found out there was a service bulletin years ago when walboro took over. Apparently they could manufacture all of the tilliston parts EXCEPT this little bugger. Just my luck, lol!!

Well as a matter of fact, they no longer make the 0.057" jets. PN1399-1457. If you have a pair of those, name your price sir. Thank you! For whatever reason, mine is jetted for the stratosphere. Can't be helping things.
