Don't know if this would be classified as a "project",but I recently bought an Aristo Craft pennant flag for my boat that was too big for my staff on my Nautalloy bow light. So I'm in the process of shrinking it up a little. The header was 12 1/2" and needed to be 9 1/2" to fit the pennant staff. First I removed the stitching on the welt and then trimmed down the top and bottom from nothing at the tip to about 1 inch at the header on the top and bottom and used a spare bow light staff to size it up. Going to take it to a lady that sews for a living to get the welt and brass eyes put back on. Always wanted a flag from the OEM aristo guys in Georgia.
