This has been a year project,,we have been on and off,,it was so bad you could shove your thumb to it.It was ground to cloth then it also bulged out 12 in each side then was boarded and ratcheted up to straighten then PVC pipe cut in 1/2 then glassed in to straighten the bulge,It now has a complete new transom, balsa wood floor,heavy mat through out and a balsa wood under deck.all new gel coat,trim, NOS hard ware, custom made trailer,fenders.This is a one of a kind.It is the only one,.Here are some pics,,thanks Bill
