DAVE, That sounds like Good Info ,if you live down that way. Prior member here. The high end boaters have been moving to that region for a while. Also with the vintage race boat group & their winter gatherings, it only makes sense for some property.. I recently got the New Hamp web site update that the race boat assn moved to Mt Dora. Maybe this could be the shop you heard a rumor of . ? Some of these guys have Sat & Wed am coffee groups, even cycle interest. maybe I will see you at one over winter. LINK here
