Replacement trim/bumper on dorsett catalina 10 years 3 months ago #97193

I am not sure what the technical term is for it but the 2-3inch trim which goes around the top part of my boat (runs along the seam of the top section which connects to the bottom) is in very poor shape - Parts have crumbled away leaving a gap which water collects in and runs down to the back of the boat - is this something readily available? How difficult is it to get the old one off? Apologies for the poor description but hope that makes sense.
