This past weekend my daughter and her husband came with their Pro camera. It is really a neat camera. Anyhow I now have a tach on the dash to monitor the RPM with the speed.I feel real content and if I shouldn't be, please let me know so I can change props. Currently with 3 adults in this 14ft. boat, I get 28mph with a tach showing right at 4300rpm. I do know by with just 2 in the boat, it will run right at 31-32mph. Not really looking for all out speed, but just want to get the safe performance for this motor and boat. You can hopefully hear the boat as you watch the U tube video. Thanks

It really jumps on plane with that prop but speed is around 3-4 MPH less. It does pretty good with the current prop, coming out of the hole, but the other would be better for the skiing.
