I went to look at this for the two 400 merc's that came with it.
As it turns out, it is a viable boat and on a glavinized ez load trailer. The trailer is worth a lot more than I paid.
The more I look at the boat, the more I like it. Anyone have any experance with them?
Wanted to put a photo up but my computer is ging me the fits. :S

I LOVE my 1970 SkiFlite!!!!

I have really enjoyed running mine. They are a great little runabout that handles choppy to rougher water quite well. I do like the boats design, especially the aqualift hull.

I can't wait to see the pics of yours.

Thanks Auqualift,
I have been out in the rain this morning stomping around on the floor, it feels solid. So far the transome looks good. I wanted to sell the trailer recoup my cash ( way too many projects ) but I think I will keep the whole rig. $250 with clean paper. I can sell a motor if needed. If I'm not happy with the engine, I will set another one of my Mercs on it.
I would like to see what the interior looks like as it has been stripped of seats and has 4 pedestal seats. The floor is covered with non slip vynel, is that stock? I like it better than carpet.
A nice looking hull for sure.

I had one for many years. It was a great little ski rig with a 60 OMC on it. I wish I had kept it. Put a Johnson Stinger 75 on it and have a blast!

Hey Hugh, here's a link to the factory image section from CGOA, might give you an idea on how they were originally configured;

Mine didn't have any carpet or vinyl when I purchased it back in 09. I decided to leave it that way, as the gelcoat is much easier to clean and maintain, since I fish a lot. Next time I have the cover off, I'll take some close ups of the interior.

I do have the original seats and bases. (Although they might have been recovered?)

I found what I needed on the Glastron site thanks.
Your boat seats look to be original also, so I know what it should have. I cleaned it up today and it's pretty good all around. Fired the Merc up with no problem but not pumping water. The second Merc 400 has no lower but it fired up also on the bench and has 115# per cyc.
. The Bimini looks like new as hes said. I may put it on anothe trailer I have a sell this one as it is worth $400 easy, then I will be cash ahead. Having thougths of putting my 400 on this boat after I test run my A/T Sportsman once. It's tuned and ready to go.
We are leaving for Twin lakes tomottow for a week boating etc. We I get back I will get my computer fixed and post a photo.
Hugh :)
