Thanks Jim. Maybe one step at a time, somewhat of a hobby. The building needs a great deal of work to get it right, a little framing repair and some tin here and there..

I think next winter I am going to accumulate some boats and boat stuff then mark it up in price next summer... passed a lot of great deals this winter F/E a 14' 50s Alumacraft and trailer for 200, could have turned around and sold it now for 400 bucks...
