Called the company that is presently in the Fiber Flite building and the present company has no documents from that area. They are aware that a boat company was established by two composite (fiberglass) engineers who left General Dynamics in the late fifties to begin making boats like the folks over at Lone Star. I`ve got the two founders names and will see if I can find any heirs.
You may have seen some of the present companies products. Chilies chilies, Chick Filets Cows, MCDonalds sign.
