The proper name is the Dania Beach Marine Flea Market. We have smaller ones during the year but this is the biggy. Every year lots of stuff. It has been going on in the Fort Lauderdale area since 1979. The weather was great this year!

It tends to very and what's meant by "older". I always come home with something older or as old as me. I would not plan on filling a trailer...well, maybe if you bought everything 1960s and older. Some years it seems like its all old motors, one year there was a ton of old wood boat items. Most the pics on the web site are vendors selling new stuff and the crowd. There are a couple shots of used stuff, but its about half used stuff there. A few collector/dealers, a bunch of sellers from the all over the state that buy storage units and estate sales. It's a lot of sorting thru boxes. The best stuff at a flea market is always sold during set-up. I've been talking with a couple friends about going in a vendor spot next year to clear out a bunch of stuff we don't need and buy more. The best deals are Sunday afternoon because they don't want to haul it home.

Sorry, I'm sure this is not much help.
