TOPIC: 1962 dorsett corola

I have had this boat for about 6 years I thought it would be a fun project to restore but I don't have the resources. I don't realy want to destroy it but have come to the realization that I am not going to do any thing with it. does any one have an idea how I could get it to someone who may be interested in or have use for parts of this boat. or would tell me were else I should be posting this message

Wayner, you can go to the top of the page, click on Glassifieds, then New Ad. Be sure to include your location and most important, a photo or two.
Good luck! Edit: I looked in the Dorsett info here: www.fiberglassics.com/library/Dorsett Looks like no Corona, but they did make a Catalina in 62. PM me if you need help posting photos. |

I have never heard of a dorsett corolla I would really like to see pictures of it. if you are having trouble posting pictures you may just need to resize them.

Normspeed ,Thanks,I was just looking at the dorset and you are correct I found part of a placard and I believe I is a Catalina is there a metal plate some were that may have more info. the link is great, beautiful boats

I do have a picture, I don't have a price set yet, but I was looking for someone to either buy it and repair it or to use it for parts. It needs a lot of work done to it. How do I get you the picture? |

Jim,good luck with the checkmate.sorry I did not get back sooner try not to spend to much time on the net. still wanting to restore the catilina myself but realisticly no I wont for years, scared it may be to far gone before I get to it
