Anyone recognize the make and model of this boat? I was told that it was built in 1958.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I bought this boat. It is a 1958 Mitchell with a 125HP Evinrude upgraded in 1971.
A beauty for sure. I get at least 2 or 3 people asking me every time I launch. Doesn't hurt that I pull it with a classic truck either:) Dale

It is indeed the same boat. But I never owned it (or made claim to own).
I spotted it on CL, and posted here to find more info on this boat. I was going to go purchase the next day, but Captlvan beat me to it. I missed the boat……. literally. As bummed as I was (and still am), the timing was not ideal for me, as I am in the middle of a rebuild/design on my current boat. Purchasing another boat at this point in time would have slowed down the progress on my current project. Captlvan - if you ever consider selling, please look me up! Until then, enjoy that beauty! |
