My guess is that the top pic is around 1964. Looks like my Aqua Ray behind the red boat.

I don't see any of the '64 fins, so I'd say '63. I did see a Nova Ray though, maybe a prototype?

Could be. Tough to tell. I think the brochure you have in NCC labeled "Spec Sheet" is 1963. The Aqua Ray in 63 was 15 ft and it was expanded to 16 ft for 64. Tried comparing that but couldn't tell for sure
