need help finding harley davidson boat parts I need a complete steering assembly also not sure what original motor was on it plate says 45 horse about it
also if anyone know if there is any boat clubs for this boat cant find much info on it I have pics posted in my other post on hear of the starting to restore it check it out let me know what you all think so far and any other info and help would be great thanks for looking

Their hulls are basically Tomahawks and were only made for a year or two. The hardware and steering system can vary. If you are keeping it period, any system from that time would be fine. Welcome aboard.

Harley Davidson purchased a majority share in Tomahawk Boat Mfg. Co. of Tomahawk, WI in February 1962. In January or February 1963 Harley bought the remaining company stock. They ceased making boats in June 1965.

The boats were not shipped from the factory with a motor. Motors were installed and rigged at a dealership. So whatever motors were on the market at the time were appropriate for the boat. It's also possible that the steering wheel and steering cables were installed at the dealership.
