TOPIC: Unidentified boat - anyone know what she is?

Does anyone recognize this beautiful little boat? Anyone ever seen one like it? It's a small boat - just about 12 feet - but what a beauty. Note the scalloped hand grabs molded into the hull and the speedometer bump-out just above the steering wheel mount. Very unusual - and COOL. No markings could be found on the boat - no clues - excepting at the prow - there is an aluminum casting below the bow handle that has a circular boss that clearly used to hold some sort of emblem or medallion. About the size of the "W" medallion on late 50s Wizard boats.

Anyone ?

A similar mystery boat was posted in the distant past here on FiberGlassics. Unfortunately the forum archives don't seem to be functioning, otherwise I would attempt a search.

thank you,, I tried to pull it up and thought it was just me,, yes it was in the northwest about 3 yrs ago then there was one on e bay right after that,,it had a Kainer steering wheel on it and the owner thought it was a Kainer Boat,,Neat little boatGo for it Bruce,, Good Luck Bill

Very cool looking Bruce, go get it. That pickup in the background would look great pulling my Clipper. After restoration of course.

There is a similar boat with tail fins that also turned up in the past as a mystery boat, as mentioned in the above post:

The indented sides around the rubrail to form a handle is really quite unique and not seen in any other boats that I know of...

A fuzzy faded memory just wandered through .... Waaay back (90s) I think one like this was on the site in the "mystery Boats" section. I think all of those were later ID'ed. Old memory says ,.... she's a Nylox..... maybe??
