TOPIC: boat identification

Hello, I am a new member to your great site. I am in need of some help try to identify the make of a boat I just purchased. I don't know how to upload a picture but maybe someone could help anyway. It is about 7 feet long a little over 4 fet wide has a moulded seat for the driver. A 2 cyl motor installed in front to the driver under a cover. The motor is in a fixed position with a 2 bladed prop with a circular guard around it. sterring is done by linkage to a rudder. It will ony carry the driver, a tag on the motor, made in Canada. All other marking including the carb are a rectangle with the letter M Nothing else on the craft anywhere. Please help me find out more about it. Sorry I was so long winded for my first time here. The M would seem to indicate that motor was made by Johnson or Evinrude.

Probably a Hydromite or similar design. See the following link for more info:
