Thought I'd share with everyone in the main forum. The re-power of the Wagemaker Clipper is complete. Well almost. Still have to rewire but the motor is on and runs.

Very nice work Bob, very nice. Sweet also comes to mind. needless to say I am envious. Sandy wants to turn my 65 into a mailbox. She likes yours tho. You keep posting shots like that and she may yet let me buy that Sandusky up in Colonial Beach.

I should take a good pic of the '59 Fatty Golden Jubilee, she'd probably love all the bling on that one. Can't seem to find the ones I took when I completed the re-paint on it.Bob |

Thank you very much Robert. The color is actually "Gun Metal Grey". it does look black. It actually is metallic. The exhaust housing was still in very good shape paint wise, so I took it to Car Quest and they matched it perfectly! Bob |

I was actualy thinking about that project last night! I did try pulling a mold off my one good emblem, However I have not tried the actual casting yet. I will try to move that up on my list of things I need to do! My Wagemaker is currently sitting awaiting a new floor, the old one finnaly gave out on me. Yours is looking great! Mine will be back up and running next spring I hope!
