Hi
can anyone steer me in the right direction of a supplier of vintage gunnel rubbers? I am restoring a 1959 Bell Boy Banshee and looking for the correct item. I am also looking for a steering wheel to suit her. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Regards Paul Oakley |

you can try Wefco mfg or Taco mfg they both make many different types of rubrail inserts .

I used the rubrail from Great Lakes Skipper. Item # 1019404--4WAD2.
It's 25' long - It cost $50 in 2011. It works and wears great on my 59 Banshee. Tom |

I might have to try that as I have had no luck getting an original copy of the existing one. I have my Banshee totally stripped down at the moment with the upper deck removed as well. I am also chasing an original steering wheel for her, no luck there either. Paul |

I just had a look at their website and did a search on that number and just cam up with an insert 5/8" wide x 25' long. Perhaps they have changed it? I have emailed them and asked them for advice as well. |
