Hi All. Don't know if this is the right forum to ask in but does anyone have a line on someone who does marine upholstery? I'm in Maryland but I can do a little travel if need be. Thanks in advance.

Hey, i had mine fully re done this year, but the guy is in Winnipeg. Tip 4 you - I re built the seat frames myself over the winter - mine are back to back, i left 1 set completely together, and took the second set to the upholstery guy to get all the stitches to original. You can see my redone on my published pics, or i could email you before and after, might give you some ideas.

Check out local upholstry shop or a tent and awning shop. We have a good one here that specializes in boats, but the west coast of Wisconsin is a ways from Maryland.

Hey Shipster, you could call Royce at M.I.R. in Budd's Creek, MD and ask him. Really nice guy that's been in the area a long time, knows a lot of folks! ;)

Thanks guys. Checkmate, I also plan on redoing the MDO substrate myself and give it to the upholsterer already sized. Mark, I got a hold of Royce and he turned me on to a guy who turned me on to another guy who I hope to get up with this weekend or next. I'll let you know how that all goes. Again, thanks.

Shipster, sorry was off the grid this weekend but there is a place here called Walker's upholstery and they did by boat cushions. They're here in California Maryland, local guy. Don' know if that's who they told you to call but good folks to work with, not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. Of course don't know any upholstery place who is cheap so......
