OK, I did not take it all apart, and send it away to be powder coated, I did not have it professionally painted for "Big Bucks." I used Rustoleum Oil Based Paint, with a dash of Mineral Spirits stirred in, and yes, ........ a brush. No sprayer, no roller, just a little brush. Now I am in need of some "Alloy" Decals for the Fenders, anyone have an extra set???

Stevie, no idea on the decals. I have the identical trailer to yours. Interested in what size tires you have on there, and how did you manage to make clearance so they don't rub the inner sidewalls on the frame? I had 5.50 X 8 tires and they rubbed bad, changed to 4.80 X 8 and considering 4.80 X 12. Yours look to be at least 5.50s. Spacers behind the wheels?

Your paint job looks great. I'd like to repaint mine but the boat is always on it!

Looks really good StevieB, nice work. Have you contacted 9X Marine (.com) about your decals? New advertiser here, (see the rotating boxes in the upper right-hand corner) they may be able to make up a set from a good pic if you have one?

Trailer looks great! When I painted my gator,I sprayed but also touched up the weak spots with a good china bristle brush. I couldn't see any difference on the frame. jim

Only thing sprayed on my Tee Nee are the fenders. I used the same paint on the frame in gray. Looks great.

It's very nicely done, and even better looking in person!

Agreed that you need some Alloy decals on there...
