Washed up the old '98 ford exploder for the trip this afternoon. Going to check the grease in the trailer hubs maybe tomorrow,give the boat a bath and put in a new set of points just 'cause it's been two years and noticed a little quiver in the idle the last time out. Trying to cover all my bases. If all goes like I want it to,I'll be at the ramp Sat morning. jim

Linda and I are bringing a 10x10 canopy for shade by the shore. We will bring sandwich materials and water, lots of water. And don't forget the sunscreen. From there we can run our classics and take pictures, and watch Al go airborne in his G3!! John will be launching Sharon's newly refurbished Seafair Sedan, and that will be a treat in itself.

I am looking forward to this, folks!

The last time I was in a Glasspar underway, I was, say, 14. I am 64 now. So, it is my 50 year anniversary!

Our event is very close now!

Sharon and I will be there with both of our Glasspar Boats as I
previously posted. We are looking forward to seeing and meeting everybody on Saturday. We are planning on bringing bag lunches and would recommend that for all planning on coming as there are no restaurants except for the marina. The state ramp has nice areas with picnic tables to sit, relax and eat.

We will be arriving at the state ramp off N.C. 50 (Creedmoor Road)
between 9:00-9:30 A.M.

It will be an 50 year anniversary when I ride in your boat. Last time for a G-3 on the water was at about age 14, I am 64 now= so that makes the 50 years.

I am like a kid, got up early this morning, ready to go.
