Take a ride with the weight of fuel, water, boat gear, passengers, and passenger's supplies onboard.

Not the actual stuff, just the equivalent weights in the right places.

She is a deeper vee hull design and she may not plane off the way you want a boat to do.

If she was a flat bottomed hull, you would have plenty of power, but you a deeper vee hull here that can take more power than what this one has.

I have a 91 22' x 8' 6" 22*deadrise 3500lbs open bow Regal powered by a 350 Magnum which is about 275 hp vs 260 and getting close to 600 hours.The difference in the Mag is the intake manifold from what I have been told. Plenty of snap for skiing/wakeboarding. 45 mph Gps and cruises nicely at any speed you want to pay for,haha.Looks like you have a little teak to take care of and the rear sun pad has the built in rails to keep the little ones from falling over.I like the whole look and I bet it has been babied it's whole life.

Thanks guys for the observations\advise.
If the research is accurate, this one comes in at 3200 lbs. also, not including fuel.
The story goes like this, it was ordered new by a gentleman that owns a beer distribution business. It spent its life on a lift in a boat house until last year. Then was traded in on a BIG Crownline.
There are no little ones in the family anymore. Grown and gone. Just the wife and I and no need to pull tubes/skiers/wakeboards. I still ride the AirChair, but from a tower on my friends boat.
Mary wants the open bow and I want the big smooth riding boat.
We still have the Sabrecraft for the camping trips and long distance sight seeing on the lake.
We will take this one out for a test rip and see if it "fits".
What the heck, its just a boat, right?

Looks nice but after taking it out let it set for a couple hours and check the inside of the hull at transom, cause if theres water, that I/O rubber seal(s)is a pricey fix. My uncle has a similar design boat at havasu and beached it once two years ago to come back the next morning and find a half sunk boat to top of motor. Just saying good idea to take a bright flashlight with ya to save thousands. If they have receips for a replacing of the I/O rubber seal(s), Cool....

I would not let the weight WITHOUT THE DESIGN AND VEE OF THE BOAT'S BOTTOM, make me comfortable with a power package in a boat.

Had a 18' Cobalt with a merc 260 HP, a Cobalt 21 with a 260 Merc, and a 17' Sea Swirl with a 260 HP. Liked them all, but they all rode different.

Take a ride, weighted down as you would use it.

If you like what you experience, buy it.

This one is a nice boat.

The 91 Regal would not have the Fastrack hull. That feature was introduced around 1998 in models from 18 -27' I have a 2000 1800 LSR with the 190hp V6, spinning a 14.5 X 21p Ballistic stainless prop under ideal conditions I have seen 58mph on GPS. It is a one owner boat that spent the first part of its life on Coeur De Alene lake here in Idaho. I talked to the old salesman that sold the boat new. Clean as a whistle on the inside. Purrs like a kitten. Shifts smooth and quiet. Very minimal dock rash.
New trailer tires, surge brakes. New battery in the boat and a full fuel tank. Made a real good deal on it also.

I would be honored to share some more pics Mark.
We took it out for the test run for around 45 minutes. Everything seemed to be is good order. Just needs a spit shine and Marys touch.
Friday is the day, going to get at least 25 miles on the lake and run her through the paces.
It isn't a "Glassic", but I the other seven are!!!!!!!!!
