I just bought a 1953 Ladd, 17.5 ft., with a 1976 135 h.p. Johnson outboard.
It was restored a few yrs. ago, and has an electric fridge, 3 burner LP stove, 3 batteries, and fully outfitted.
Glass over wood hull.Dual axle, custom trailer.
I plan on replacing the windshield with something to my liking.
From what I've read, In the 1950's, these were produced by Ladd Shipyard in Stockton,California
Anyone have any information on these boats?
