TOPIC: Tee Nee fender question

I was sent this picture of aTNee fender and I have never seen this type of taillight on a T Nee. The owner sez that the fender was formed this way as there is no welding any were. Both sides are near identical so if it is not from the factory some one sure went to a lot of work to add tail lights on the fender and really did a nice job too.

I've seen those before but not on a boat trailer. They are fenders from one of those little "dolly" trailers that you haul cars with, the ones where just the front wheels of the car are on the little two wheel trailer.

Hi Del--I have a trailer made by Tee Nee for Montgomery Ward which has a weird, but cool, integral light. It's different from this one (kind of swoops up like the headlight on an old Pierce Arrow), but maybe this was a design Tee Nee made some other company?

If this was made by a company or in a factory they must not have produced many. Side view of the same fender. .

You need to look it up in the brochures and literature,or did you misplace your collection,,I have a few Tee nees and I have never seen one,, could a guy make a mould??? Bill

Looking closely at the pics, I'm pretty sure I can see welds, and the back bottom lip looks hammered. My bet is someone modified them, and did a pretty good job. I think I have every Tee Nee catalog that shows the teardrop fenders, it not in any of them. The only variation I've seen is the tail lights Cheers Bill
