TOPIC: Retired

Well been retired for a week and half waiting patiently for warm
weather to work on my boats and use them hear in Mn.

Good for you! I did too last spring--- worked on the boat all summer.

Now you'll find out how little time you actually got and wonder how you got things done before.

Been 'tired for 9 years now, the "do" list was finished in less than 2. Now I don't have time for much of anything. Too busy being busy but now I can be busy at my own pace.

I have retired twice (age 48 and 54). Both times I just could not stand it, so both times I started another Co. This time if I sell the Co I think I am going to keep a % of as to be able to have things to do.

Not that the outboards would not keep me busy, it's just being out the swing of things and seeing people I have gotten to know over the years

Congrats, Charles. I'm 62 and retired. Man do I love my free time. Got a 66 Homelite to restore and it's almost finished. When that's done, I'm gonna build my own boat. A replica of a Crosby. I may build a Tee Nee, but, not sure about that.
