TOPIC: what the?

so i just pulled out the old oneway valve on the back bottom of my boat i remove 53yrs of every clue known to man even concrete !
it was for sure its an after thought at first i was thinking it was ballast but it not original sooooo out it came i think i lost about 30-40 pds and left with a 1 inch hole to fill.
