TOPIC: Contact Moderator

Can someone tell me how to contact the Moderator? I would like to ad some information to the Sabre Craft section on the Glassics library, but I cannot directly ad a file to that library via file upload. And, when I try to make contact to the moderaator via the 'contact' link I get a message that I am not allowed to access that URL. I tried changing my password relogging in, but that didn't help - same message. I don't get it, I'm logged in, and I am a member in good standing - I think, but no access. Any help?
