There is a freeze warning for tonight... I have not done any winterization for my boat or the outboard, as the days are still warm, and I had planned on taking it out again.

Is there anything I should do or worry about for tonight as the temps dip below freezing?

Thanks

I am in the same situation. I will likely just tilt the engine up and down once or twice to make sure all the water is out.
I will eventually winterize and pull the engine and store it in a garage.
Boat stays outside all winter.

An outboard will be fine, a stern drive is a different question ;)

Simple advice... I've seen it happen to a few unfortunate folks... tip the motor down... otherwise rain water collects in the lower's exhaust and when if you get a good freeze, it can crack the LU housing.
