after spending close to 4 months with planatar faciatis (stretched heel ligament)and then rolling my ankle on the same foot, i'm finally able to go boating. taking out of the garage today and cleaning her up. battery is charged, gunna run her for awhile with the muffs on. haven't been on the water since july 2011 at keuka lake, and that was only for 5 minutes due to chop. takin her up to connecticut next saturday. friend has a new house on some lake and then the following weekend off to the tuckerton seaport show (philadelphia acbs), and then in october to lake hopatcong,n.j. to the knucklebusters aomci wet meet. going to go thru a few tanks of gas....ron

I'm betting on Candlewood Lake.
Nice and big, but busy (but aren't they all).

Looks like decent size for CT. (486 acres)
Enjoy. A little too far south, I've never been there.
Let us know how it is, I may check it out one day.

I go to Gardiner Lake, which is about 10 miles from there. Be interested to here how Moodus Reservoir is.
