It is doubtful that a boat that small and of that design has a cabin under the front deck.

If you like it, look at it up close, check the floor/transom, approach it with a calm, rational mind and evaluate the benefits vs. the costs of owning that boat. Is is possible that there is something about the boat that warrants it being free? Make a list or a spreadsheet of what it will cost to own and fix.

Then BUY IT.

I am a little curious about the 50 horse motor on an 18' cuddy, seems to me you'd want at least a 75.
