TOPIC: '61 Hydrodyne parts needed

'61 Hydrodyne parts needed 12 years 5 months ago #60620

Almost finished with the gelcoat removal on the deck. After hours of sanding with orbital sander and 40 grit, it is pretty smooth. I don't think it will be too hard to rebuild the low spots and fill and fair. The core has been replaced and now it's time to fit new stringers and a new floor. So, while I'm doing this, I need to order a few parts. I am in need of a new rub rail. Can anyone tell me what the dye number is at WEFCO for my boat? The step pads need replaced (small ones near the windshield and long ones along each side of the boat) Also, I need a new set of Morse cables. Most of my cleats need replaced-pot metal will just disintegrate if I try to get them rechromed. The bow light has some pitting, but I think I just may leave it alone. The windshield is cracked down the middle and is no good. However, all the hardware and frame seem to be fine. Does anyone think I could cut my own plexiglass windshield and fit it to the frame?
