TOPIC: Prayers and Wishes for those in Texas

After seeing those storms and tornados in Texas, just hoping our fellow 'glassers are all safe and secure.

as of noon today (according to WOAI Radio News) we TEXICANS have had (thanks to God) NO fatalities & FEW injuries to PEOPLE, anywhere in the state.

otoh, we've had GREAT damage to livestock & structures.= it will be a long recovery for many families who've lost everything but their lives.

Very good to know no one was killed!!! You can always replace "stuff" but you can't replace a life. The recovery is always hard saw it first hand when we rode out Ivan and Dennis in Pensacola.

Bob, are you still in Pensacola??? Yea, I rode out Hurricane Kate in '85 in Port St. Joe, Fl. as I was a policeman there and we could not evacuate with the wife and girls!!

The Texas tornados this week barely missed my sister and brother-in-law, but thank goodness it missed them.

I had a lump in my throat and my heart sank when I seen the footage of those tractor trailers flying through the air. I pray for you all.
