The other boat pictured is the Evinrude Heli-Bout concept boat, again designed by Brooks Stevens. That one was made for the 1961 boat show circuit. The timeline of concept boats is as follows:

1956: Evinrude Lark runabout
1957: Evinrude Fishing Saucer "Fisherman"
1958: Evinrude Famille Stationwagon hardtop
1959: Evinrude House Float modular houseboat
1960: Evinrude Camper enclosed boat
1961: Evinrude Heli-bout helicopter boat
